Pacific Business News: Five new Honolulu companies emerge from Founder Institute program

The Founder Institute, the world’s largest startup accelerator with more than 1,000 graduate companies, said that it has graduated five new companies in Honolulu that completed a 15-week training course mentored by experienced startup CEOs. …
“Twenty-one founders started the training program but only five survived the rigorous four-month training program to graduate this week,” Founder Institute Honolulu Chapter Co-director Russel Cheng said in a statement. “We are really proud of these first-time founders as they navigated through our highly-structured mentor-driven program to get their companies off the ground.”
